on the day itself we were pretty organised we started by putting the party food in the freezer to be taken out to defrost two hours before it and the white wine in the fridge and red outside it as it is better served room temperature then, removing a number of the chairs and tables to make a space for the band to preform ready to be set up by the tech team and moved the rest of the tables so they were closer to each other to make the event more intimate due to lower ticket sales. Then we arranged the tables on angles so that not one person had their backs to the band so that they wouldn't have to crane their necks to see the band then we swept and mopped the floors to make it clean set the glasses up on the bar so we could just pour the drinks out as required. Placed the table cloths on tables scattered confetti over it then placed a lantern in centre as a centre piece with a fresh candle in each we also placed lanterns on the steps of the barn to create atmosphere and warmth.
